Title: Study on Ruled grating and Spatial Heterodyne Laser Raman Spectrometer
Abstract:
With the rapid development of science and technology, large-area and high-quality plane diffraction gratings are being demanded more and more urgently in the national military, astronomy, nuclear energy, aerospace and civilian areas. Machine-ruling method is one of the major methods for making grating and is the best choice for making some special gratings, such as low line-density grating for infrared laser and echelle gratings etc. We will introduce some new structures and methods of china ruling engine, which can improve the performance of grating.
Spatial heterodyne Raman spectroscopy (SHRS) is a spectroscopic detection technique that is particularly suitable for Raman measurements. Based on our ruled gratings, we propose some new SHRS structures, such as echelle-mirror structure, double-echelle structure and mosaic grating structure. Background correction using third-order minima segments and Field-widened method will also be discussed for SHRS technique.
