标题: Quantum cascade laser absorption spectroscopy and applications
摘要:
Tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS) is an excellent method for trace gas detection, since it presents advantages of high sensitivity, good selectivity, fast response and high temporal resolution. With the rapid development of laser fabrication technology, quantum cascade lasers (QCLs) have emerged as attractive laser sources for mid-infrared (MIR) spectroscopic applications. In this paper, state-of-the-art quantum cascade laser based TDLAS gas sensor is demonstrated as a promising new tool for noninvasive, real-time identification and quantification of trace gases in environmental atmosphere monitoring and isotope analysis, human breath gases diagnosis, gas exchange process between soil and atmosphere, and Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) analysis and remote sensing, etc.
简介:

Dr. Jingsong Li received his PhD degree in Optics from Hefei Institute of Physical Science (HIPS), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), China in 2008. He worked as a Postdoctoral fellowship, Research scientist and Visit scholarship at Reims University (France), Max Planck Institute for Chemistry (Germany), Colorado State University (USA) and Swiss Federal Laboratories for Materials Science and Technology (Switzerland), respectively. In 2013, He joined Department of Physics and Materials Science, Anhui University (AHU), working on development and implementation of mid-infrared quantum cascade lasers and sensitive spectroscopy techniques for atmospheric chemistry, soil ecosystems and environmental applications, etc. Currently, Dr. Li is the director of Laser Spectroscopy and Sensing Lab. He is a member of SPIE (International Society for Optics and Photonics), IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers), OSA (Optical Society of America) and EGU (European Geosciences Union), China Optical Engineering Society (CSOE). He has been an invited reviewer of more than ten international SCI journals for many years. He has authored over 60 peer-refereed SCI articles and more than 30 invited conference presentations, and in charge of several projects including three National Natural Science Foundations of China, one National Program on Key Research and Development Project.
