The 6th Int'l Conference on Semiconductor Physics and Devices (ICSPD 2021) will be held during December 4-6, 2021 in Sanya, China. This Conference will cover issues on Compound Semiconductors, Emerging Semiconductor Technologies, Ferromagnetism / Magnetic Semiconductors, Organic Semiconductors, Photoelectric and Photovoltaic Devices, Physics of Semiconductors and other related topics. It dedicates to creating a stage for exchanging the latest research results and sharing the advanced research methods. 

ICSPD 2021 will be an important and reliable platform for inspiring international and interdisciplinary exchange at the forefront of Semiconductor Physics and Devices.
